Who designed this checklist
I’m Sharline Wilson-Sadler, creative director and visual merchandising consultant. Trained at École Boulle in Paris, I have spent 18 years designing store concepts and scenography for international brands.
This checklist covers the points I check first when I walk into a store. I also train sales teams to apply them on their own, every day.
